This March I had my first ever indoor smash cake session!
I met Carter and his parents during a last minute Christmas session with his entire family! (literally all of them! His parents manged to get all of their family members together for a huge session. How awesome?!) When his mom messaged me about capturing his first birthday shots of course i said yes! Who wouldn't wanna work with this cutie?
Carter's mom Lacey had a vision for this session and I couldn't wait to bring it to life! Right off the bat I knew how I was going to bring it to life. So I set out on a hunt for paper mache letters. I struck out my first few times going to Hobby Lobby but eventually I found them.
